I’ve always loved how caged round beads looked and I have always wanted to try making some of my own. I wanted something extra special to add to these pieces so I purchased these gorgeous glass-blown marbles from a well-known local factory/shop and wrapped them with a gold-plated wire. I wanted them to look like Christmas baubles because right now it’s all about Christmas, right?

The fantastic thing about these earrings is that they’re versatile enough that you can wear them any time of the year, not just for Christmas! These pieces are the perfect gift for that special someone in your life, or perhaps even as a treat to yourself, especially during these strange Covid times.

These gorgeous earrings are made with beautiful glass-blown red marbles caged inside gold-plated wire. I added a silver-red glass bead connector to add to the Christmassy feel and finished them off with hand-formed gold-plated ear wires. I also made a pair with a silver-red glass bead connector.
