Q and A

Can I get a custom order made?

Yes, definitely! All you have to do is contact us with your request and we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss what we have available and what can be done for you.

How do I find out my ring size?

One way to go about this is to get a piece of string and wrap it around your finger. Remember that it shouldn’t be too tight! Then measure that piece of string straight on a ruler to find your circumference. Another way is to get any existing ring you have and measure the diameter (across). Compare these sizes to the Ring Size Chart.

How do I find my wrist size?

Wrist sizes are easier than rings - these are measured in centimetres or inches if you prefer. Simply measure your wrist while adding a finger to your wrist so that the bracelet is a comfortable fit and not too tight. You can use the string method here as well if you don’t have a measuring tape.

Shipping locations

We post locally to Malta and we post to the EU and the UK for the time being. If you’re not located within these countries but would like to purchase something, do let us know, and we’ll see if we can arrange something.

Shipping charges

Postage and packing is currently free for standard unregistered postage. If you would prefer registered postage, feel free to contact us and we’ll send you an updated quote

Returns and exchanges

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it, contact us as soon as you receive the item(s) and let us know the issue. We are more than happy to help.

Returns are accepted if they are sent back (registered post is preferred) within 7 days of receipt and in its original undamaged packing. Proof of return postage must also be sent to us before we can issue a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available according to availability. Most of the pieces sold are one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged.

If, on the other hand, you would like to exchange your item for a different one, let us know and we’ll be more than happy to arrange it. Once again, proof of return postage (registered post is preferred) must be sent to us before we can issue a refund/new price request depending on the piece you are exchanging your item for.

Custom orders

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to the piece being made especially for the customer requesting it. Thus, it is essential to make sure that the size and desired colours are accurate before you place your order.

Cancellations - Can I cancel my order?

Usually, orders are processed within 12-24 hours for ready-made items so if you wish to cancel an order, it is advised you do so within 10 hours at most by sending us an email.

For custom orders, once we get your go ahead and payment is processed we cannot accept any cancellations.

Can I change my custom order?

You can, but only before the piece is started. Once we start working on it, no further changes are allowed, so be extra sure that you are completely happy with what we have discussed and agreed on together.
